Founded in 2007, BK Barkan-Otočac promotes a healthy lifestyle, supports recreational and competitive cycling, and engages with children and youth. The club competes in regional, national, and international events and is well known for organizing the traditional Barkanova biciklijada.
BK Barkan has project management experience, demonstrated by organizing the Barkanova biciklijada in the Gacka region. The club also serves as the lead partner for the project “Put vode i krša – otkrijte biciklom Gacku i Velebit.”
