Founded in 2003 as the region’s first MTB club, BBK ASI Varaždin now brings together over 50 active members of all ages, including casual riders and those who compete in national and international races.
The club promotes cycling by organizing sports events, running educational programs, and working with young people. Throughout the year, it hosts and co-hosts a variety of cycling activities, from relaxed rides to national championships, helping grow the sport and support the local community.
One of its standout features is its ongoing infrastructure work, including maintaining the Beretinec XC trail, the only permanent MTB trail in northwestern Croatia. Open to everyone, the club welcomes both beginners and competitive cyclists.
