BiteMe Nutrition is a startup hailing from Croatia, born out of a common problem: their founders weren’t fans of the protein snacks they tried. So, two athletes, a food technologist, and a business person got together to create something better—a vegan, organic, plant-based snack that’s also gluten and additive-free.

Their goal? Whip up a snack that’s not only good for you but also tastes delicious. They wanted something you could munch on post-workout, pack for a picnic with the kids, or share with health-conscious pals who are picky about snacks.

They kicked things off with top-notch, 100% organic ingredients. Their first creation? Heavenly raw bars. They were tasty, no doubt, but the team wanted something even more satisfying.

That’s when they dreamed up a soft, melt-in-your-mouth cookie—a plant-based protein cookie, to be exact. Stuffed with peanut, almond, cashew, or hazelnut butter for healthy fats and extra plant-based protein. And if that wasn’t enough, they even offer the option to coat it in white chocolate, or leave it naked—totally up to you.
